Hello, I’m Lisa.

…and I’m honored you’re reading this. If you’ve clicked on this particular page, chances are you’ve read something that intrigued or entertained you. I consider that a compliment.

There are a lot of nouns that describe me (some of them are more flattering than others, but all are true): mother, grandmother, wife, business owner, nerd, Southerner. I’ve also been called talkative, witty, loyal, smart, conservative and, on occasion, funny. I’ll let you decide on the last one.

I enjoy debating (I struggle with having to have the last word), trivia (all kinds), cooking, traveling and movies. Football and fast cars? I’m in. Out would be long walks on the beach or getting caught in the rain.

If you disagree with any positions I take, please feel free to comment, but keep it clean. I’m a fan of free speech, but not on my blog if it is peppered with profanity. If you can’t construct an argument or response without cursing, you don’t have much of a position, anyway.
